How We Work Together

This is deep 1:1 coaching.We meet regularly in focused sessions to identify the patterns that keep you stuck in your head, release the emotional charge behind them, and guide you back to yourself and true inner alignment.From that alignment your own momentum begins to carry you forward naturally, without force or constant effort. You start making clearer decisions, feel noticeably lighter and more at ease, and things begin to work in your favor across your life. Not only will you notice, but so will everybody else.This shift touches every part of your life. Some clients work with me at least once a week, with most choosing more frequent support. Sessions can be by phone, video, messaging, or in person. Spots are limited so I’m available when you need me.
